Mekgineer Thermaplugg

Mekgineer Thermaplugg is the final primary boss of Gnomeregan.

The Alliance quest The Grand Betrayal specifically sends players to defeat him, making the encounter part of both dungeon and quest progression.

A complete main route ends with Thermaplugg and closes the core progression through the former gnome capital.
