KORD BREACH Quests: Routes, Items and Rewards

ByTimodeus

Last Updated:17 Aug 2026

KORD BREACH tasks require planning a separate Seasonal Character: its resources, accepted assignments and trader access. A major preparation mistake is treating a permanent profile as a ready-made foundation for the new run. A familiar map remains familiar, but the required item or unlocked trade may belong to a different character.

This guide covers 17 first-season task topics: retrieving and delivering the case, placing and recovering cameras, collecting Black Division equipment, choosing how to handle the laptop and completing late combat tasks. It also explains reward retention, Battle Pass documents and group assistance. Objectives and payouts follow preserved in-game task cards; compare them with your character’s active task during play.

Before entering, choose one main assignment. Note which profile performs it, what must happen inside the raid and how completion is recorded. Arrange additional income and rare-item collection around that purpose instead of losing progress to competing plans.

Seasonal and permanent profiles

The Seasons system arrived with update 1.1.0.0 and KORD BREACH’s launch. It added a separate Seasonal Character on independent servers, completely separate from PvP Zone and PvE Zone characters. Creation and switching use a dedicated character-selection screen.

Choose the correct profile before purchasing equipment. Avoid expecting a permanent character’s money, items or unlocked chain to appear automatically on the new PMC. Inspect the actual seasonal profile before planning stash development and raids.

The developers describe a seasonal cycle in which progression resets every four to six months alongside a major update and the next season. That is a system description rather than KORD BREACH’s exact calendar closing date. It cannot independently establish the final day for tasks.

Separate your purposes: learning a fresh profile, completing seasonal history and obtaining a particular permanent unlock. Someone seeking one trade benefits from checking its condition first; someone pursuing the whole story needs broader resources.

Diagram of independent Seasonal Character, PvP Zone and PvE Zone profiles

Seasonal progression is separate; already unlocked Seasonal Rewards persist across all three modes. An editorial diagram based on official rules, not an in-game screen.

What the KORD BREACH line provides

The official description lists achievements, new Operational Tasks, valuable trader offers and an offer for the new weapon. These are different rewards. A completed task does not mean every possible offer is unlocked, and an unlocked trade does not supply endless free items.

Before a long run of excursions, connect the desired result with its requirement. A PMC-level condition favours sustainable character progression; a task or chain moves priority toward the required actions and preserving their outcome. An expensive incidental trophy may finance that effort without replacing a mandatory step.

Seasonal Rewards are unique trader offers. Unlocking one can require a level, task, chain or a combination of conditions. Once unlocked, a Seasonal Reward becomes permanently available across PvP Zone, PvE Zone and PvP Season.

Locked KORD BREACH rewards become unobtainable after this season ends, while unlocked ones remain on the account. Identify which particular offer you want permanently, then inspect its progress. Keeping an offer is distinct from transferring the entire seasonal stash.

Reading tasks after progression changed

Update 1.1.0.0 reworked side-task distribution. Most are associated with Trader Loyalty Levels and appear in groups of two to four. Completing several current-level tasks or reaching the next LL unlocks another group. This is the general side-task system rather than proof of every seasonal story step’s order.

Some chains remain exceptions, unlocking sequentially regardless of LL and rewarding particularly valuable offers or recipes. Their important final rewards are visible when the first task is accepted. Use that information to choose investments before repeated risky raids.

Break a task card into actions. Visiting a position, obtaining an item, preserving it and handing it to a trader are separate stages. For eliminations, also inspect location, equipment and character-state requirements. Matching an old guide’s task name does not establish identical conditions.

That distinction matters for KORD BREACH: the developers simultaneously carried out a large rebalance of task objectives, rewards, locations and completion zones. An older route may help recognise an area, but the seasonal character’s active card defines the working assignment.

Uninvited Guests - Part 1: the case, delivery and rewards

The completed Uninvited Guests - Part 1 card has two main objectives: locate and obtain the case with military equipment, then bring it to the BTR driver. Three investigations on Shoreline are marked Optional: the shack next to the Sordi tower, the weather station building’s second floor and the hydroelectric power station. Plan the search around these landmarks, but distinguish optional investigation from the required pickup and delivery: they are separate objectives on the card.

The “Case with military equipment” inspection window shows a weight of 7.000 kg and a quest-item marker. It also states that the case cannot be dropped in raid. When preparing delivery, account for the listed seven kilograms in your carrying plan and choose extra loot before becoming overloaded: the route should not depend on leaving the case on the ground along the way.

In the illustrated run of Uninvited Guests - Part 1, the target is a large green military case. It stands in a technical room beside radio equipment and a metal shelving unit. Aiming at it displays the TAKE action and the name MIL.EQUIPMENT. Look for an available interaction with the item: a similar decorative crate does not establish that you have found the required object.

Approach the case so that the prompt is clearly visible, then use TAKE. In the illustrated example, the interface records a completed subtask for [KORD BREACH] Uninvited Guests - Part 1. The full card’s next required step is delivery to the BTR driver: after obtaining the case, plan delivery rather than another search for the same object. Separate collecting the case, bringing it to the driver and checking task completion; a subtask notification does not replace the last objective.

The displayed completed card contains the following received reward bundle. Roubles are recorded exactly as shown for this character; they are not used here to derive a base reward or Hideout bonus.

Uninvited Guests - Part 2: plan the BTR-driver delivery

The delivery stage does not end when you pick up the case. In the preserved Part 1 card, retrieval and Bring the case with military equipment to the BTR driver appear in one objective list. For the practical Part 2 delivery, separate preparation into finding the case and meeting its recipient: check that your character still has the required item, find the BTR driver and perform the available handover for the active task.

Before handing it over, remove optional stops from your route and retain a healing reserve. You cannot drop the seven-kilogram case during a raid, so do not build the delivery around temporarily discarding the load. After interacting with the driver, check the delivery objective; a successful pickup notification on Shoreline does not complete it by itself.

Cast the Net: six cameras across three maps

Cast the Net links six WI-FI Camera placements across three maps. The card lists six cameras as initial equipment; before leaving, check that you have the cameras needed for your selected stops. Divide the work into pairs by location and decide where the current visit will end. Moving between maps should not turn one prepared attempt into a random search for all six places in sequence.

At each stop, find the appropriate interaction prompt and hold Use until the placement timer finishes. Check the matching task objective before leaving: these are six separate placements rather than a counter for cameras installed anywhere. Choose the next destination after assessing time, what you have collected and the available extraction.

The displayed completed card has received 11,000 EXP, 189,810 roubles and two Bottles of Fierce Hatchling moonshine. The rouble amount belongs to this character’s displayed payout. When budgeting, separate that reward from equipment costs and items lost during attempts; a task’s value is not limited to backpack contents.

Reverse Gear: retrieving and handing over cameras

Reverse Gear separates retrieving a camera and handing it over into two objectives. Use the following vehicle and street landmarks when returning to Shoreline and Streets of Tarkov. Check the matching retrieval objective after picking the item up and its handover objective after delivery: a checked pickup does not replace handing the item over.

Near the destination, carefully inspect surfaces inside vehicles and on walls: the camera can be a small separate object. The captured interaction examples show TAKE and CAMERA when aimed at; this is an item pickup, so do not keep looking for the placement timer used in Cast the Net. Aim at the camera itself, perform the displayed action and check progress.

On Ground Zero, retrieve the other two cameras: one from the cargo-truck cabin near Mira Ave and one from the yellow bus in the underground tunnel. Each of the six cameras has its own retrieval and handover objective. Return to the transport landmarks from Cast the Net, perform TAKE on the camera itself and check the handover of each retrieved item after delivery.

KORD BREACH handovers and combat tasks

The entries below follow the retained in-game KORD BREACH cards. Roubles are the amounts displayed for the respective characters; the “reward in next tasks” strip is separate from each current payout.

Unanswered Calls: a letter for the TerraGroup office

The Unanswered Calls card supplies Therapist’s message. Its objective is to stash her letter at the reception desk on the second floor of the TerraGroup office on Ground Zero, with the placement marked “in one raid”. Check that you have the supplied message before entering, then look specifically for the second-floor reception desk. Follow the interaction prompt and hold Use until the placement timer finishes; check the task objective before changing your route.

This card displays 11,000 EXP, 180,000 roubles, two Grizzly medical kits and three CMS surgical kits.

Know Your Enemy: five Black Division plate carriers

Hand over any five Black Division plate carriers: the card has one shared 0/5 counter. Keep suitable plate carriers separate from items for sale and check that the relevant task objective accepts the item before handing it over. The named category matters more than equipment simply being black. Check the shared counter after handing items over; separate armour plates do not replace the specified plate carriers.

The displayed rewards are 11,000 EXP, 180,000 roubles, five RGD-5 grenades and five F-1 grenades.

Key to Understanding: encryption keys

The objectives are separate: locate and obtain the Black Division encryption keys, then hand over the found item. In the capture, the first objective is checked while the second still has a Turn in button. Picking the item up and handing it over are therefore separate steps. The briefing identifies keys carried by squad leaders; check the exact item name while searching loot, then hand it over through the task after returning.

The displayed reward bundle is 30,000 EXP, 300,000 roubles and two TerraGroup Labs access keycards. Do not confuse those reward access cards with the encryption keys themselves.

What’s in the Bag?: the document briefcase

What’s in the Bag? first requires locating and obtaining the Briefcase with documents, then handing over the found item. Check the briefcase’s exact name and both progress objectives: seeing a bag does not by itself mean the item has already been handed over. Prioritise the required briefcase during the visit, then reassess remaining stops and your extraction route after obtaining it.

The card displays 30,000 EXP, 316,050 roubles, an Intelligence folder and Topographic survey maps. These belong to the task’s own rewards; do not add the lower future-task reward strip to the current payout. After returning, hand over the briefcase, complete the task and collect the items separately.

Forbidden Knowledge: three 14-4 KORD SSDs

This task needs three 14-4 KORD SSDs. It has two counters: locate and obtain 3/3, then hand over the found intel 0/3. In the capture, obtaining them is already checked while handover remains available through Turn in. Keep the collected drives for this objective and check the outstanding amount on the second row: filling the pickup counter alone does not complete the task.

The displayed rewards are 30,000 EXP, 315,900 roubles and five Peltor TEP-300 tactical earplugs (Coyote Brown).

Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing: equipment and three counters

This card requires eliminating Black Division operatives while wearing a Black Division plate carrier. The objectives are split by map: six on Shoreline, six on Streets of Tarkov and six on Ground Zero. Eighteen eliminations in one area therefore do not replace the three separate counters. Check the equipped plate carrier before entering and the current map’s progress after combat; choose the next location using the unfinished counter.

The displayed rewards are 30,000 EXP, 315,900 roubles, a Money case, a QBZ-192 rifle and its purchase unlock. The Money case belongs to this stage; the THICC cases in the lower strip are labelled as rewards in subsequent tasks. Keep a separate carrier for attempts so accidentally selling or handing over collected equipment does not leave you without the required condition for the next fight.

Riding the Wave: keep the required Found in Raid variants

Riding the Wave requires handing over specific items with Found in Raid status. Its visible objectives include the following variants. Check the full name and colour rather than only the family: the two LV-119 versions have separate objectives, while the backpacks specify their own models and colour.

Visible found-in-raid handover item

First Spear Siege-R Optimized M.A.S.S. Plate Carrier (Black Division)

Spiritus Systems LV-119 Plate Carrier (Black Division V2)

Ferro Concepts FCPC V5 Plate Carrier (Black Division)

Spiritus Systems LV-119 Plate Carrier (Black Division V1)

Tasmanian Tiger Modular Pack 45 Plus (MultiCam Black)

Mystery Ranch 2 Day Assault Pack (Black)

Mystery Ranch NICE Frame Load Sling

When Riding the Wave and Know Your Enemy are both active, first set aside found-in-raid examples needed for Riding the Wave’s specific objectives. Then choose what to hand over to the shared counter for any Black Division plate carriers. This keeps a suitable carrier from going to a less specific objective before you check its exact variant and status. Update the outstanding objectives after each handover; use that list to plan new visits rather than the number of trophies already sold.

Final Stretch: find Fence’s laptop and hand it over

Final Stretch has two separate objectives: obtain the laptop in Fence’s hideout on Streets of Tarkov and hand over the laptop you obtained. Prepare the visit around that item: once you have it, preserving the find takes priority over collecting additional ordinary loot. After returning, check both objectives: completing the search does not replace the handover.

The in-game card lists 35,000 XP, a displayed payout of 351,749 roubles, an RB-BK marked key and a Briefcase with documents. The key and briefcase are rewards, while the laptop is the objective item: plan to receive the rewards after completing the handover rather than when you discover the laptop.

Consequences of Our Decisions: decrypt the data

Consequences of Our Decisions has one objective: decrypt data from the secret laptop. Its provided-items section separately lists Data from Fence’s laptop. Start by checking that supplied item and the relevant decryption objective: the plan here revolves around processing data rather than repeating Final Stretch’s two retrieval and handover objectives. After decryption, check that this specific objective has progressed.

The card’s rewards are 35,000 XP, a displayed payout of 351,749 roubles, five Electric drills, five COFDM military wireless signal transmitters, five Cyclon batteries, five Toolsets and a Briefcase with documents. Before collecting them, make space for four sets of five items and the briefcase; track the supplied Data from Fence’s laptop separately from this reward bundle.

Desperate Assault: fifteen operatives in The Lab

Desperate Assault has one combat objective: eliminate 15 Black Division operatives specifically in The Lab. The completed in-game card shows 15/15. Kills on Shoreline, Streets of Tarkov or Ground Zero do not replace this counter, even while you are working on other seasonal tasks.

Prepare equipment for a series of laboratory fights: ammunition, healing and the ability to disengage from an unfavorable encounter matter more than spare room for ordinary loot. Check progress after each fight and use the remaining count to plan another visit. The card’s received rewards are 30,000 XP, 300,000 roubles, a Weapon repair kit and a Body armor repair kit. The THICC cases appear below as rewards in later tasks and are not part of this payout.

Stay Clear of Blast Zone: three placements at the resort

The task requires a TP-200 TNT brick at three different breaches in the Health Resort fence on Shoreline: the west, north and east sides. Prepare three TP-200 bricks and build your route around those three sides of the fence. Identical items do not make the destinations interchangeable: check the individual objective after each placement.

At a breach, first find the relevant interaction area, complete the placement and only then move to the next side. Choose the order around your approach to the resort and the current situation, avoiding unnecessary exposure for optional loot. The displayed rewards are 30,000 XP, 300,000 roubles, an HK G28 7.62x51 marksman rifle, three HK417/G28 7.62x51 10-round magazines and two 20-round packs of 7.62x51mm M62 Tracer.

Break the Chain: four elevated transmitters

Destroy four transmitters at separate landmarks. On Customs, they are on the factory chimney near the unfinished construction site and on the power-line tower. On Woods, they are on top of the mountain and on the cell tower. Do not substitute any similar-looking antenna: these landmarks correspond to four individual objectives in the in-game card.

Split the work into two map routes. Inspect the upper part of the specified structure from a position with a view of the target; after destroying it, check its objective before moving on. The finished card shows 30,000 XP, 300,000 roubles, an FN SCAR-H 7.62x51 assault rifle (FDE), five FN SCAR-H 7.62x51 20-round magazines and five 20-round packs of 7.62x51mm M80. These are the rewards in the captured playthrough.

Digital Puzzle: process the data and hand over the result

Digital Puzzle requires handing over data from a Black Division rugged laptop. Its initial-equipment section separately shows Data from Black Division laptop; the description asks for initial decryption before the trader continues the work. Separate the input from the result accepted by the handover objective: having a laptop or the supplied item does not yet complete the turn-in.

Use the Intelligence Center for processing: the preserved in-game screen shows data production in a level 1 Intelligence Center. Before starting, check the selected production’s inputs in your own hideout, wait for it to finish, collect the result and hand it over through the active task. The screen shows the remaining timer of an already running production; do not treat it as the recipe’s full duration.

The task card lists 35,000 XP, 150,000 roubles, a T H I C C Weapon case, a T H I C C item case and a Briefcase with documents. Make space for the two different THICC cases and the briefcase. These are Digital Puzzle rewards, whereas Data from Black Division laptop appear in the separate initial-equipment section.

Building raids around progress

Separate obtaining the result from preserving it. The first part requires location access, suitable equipment and time for interactions. The second requires an extraction route, healing resources and readiness to abandon optional combat. A prolonged hunting setup may be awkward for a short delivery.

When several tasks are active, seek compatibility rather than the largest number of possible checkmarks. Sharing a map helps while assignments do not demand opposite directions or different equipment. Once a mandatory item is secured, further travel must justify risking it.

Check rare possessions before selling them. Compare exact names, required status and uses in active tasks. Do not replace a special task item with an ordinary object bearing a similar name. Give seasonal finds an organised storage area so preparing equipment does not become another search through the entire stash.

A short log helps: raid purpose, obtained result, reason for stopping and next step. This is particularly useful when a rare item fails to appear. It shows parallel progress and the resources available for another attempt instead of endlessly repeating the same unsuccessful route.

What the story achievements establish

Profit Over Principles requires completing Fence’s Season 1 KORD BREACH task line and handing the laptop from the unknown facility to either Mechanic or Fence. Both parts matter: completing the line and the handover. Merely finding a laptop or starting a conversation does not fulfil that description.

The wording establishes two permitted recipients for the achievement. By itself, it does not establish every intermediate task’s exact name, the item’s location, a necessary craft or later branch convergence. Choose using the character’s actual offers and assignments rather than reconstructing a complete chain from one achievement sentence.

Among Strangers concerns completing Lightkeeper’s Season 1 KORD BREACH task line and learning about Black Division’s goals and operations in Tarkov. The first season’s story therefore should not be judged solely through a laptop handover. Account for that separate endpoint when seeking broader narrative coverage.

Separate story achievements from achievements tied to run conditions. Seasonal levels and selected modifiers can form independent goals. Read the particular description: membership of the seasonal category does not turn every requirement into the same task chain.

Group assistance still requires the conditions

Some objectives support shared group progress and carry a special UI icon. They may belong to Story, Side or Operational Tasks. A group member can contribute regardless of level or faction, even without that task active.

Assistance does not remove requirements. The acting player must meet distance, equipment, active-effect and other restrictions. Agree who can actually perform the action under the necessary conditions before entering, rather than merely agreeing on the objective’s name.

Some tasks remain strictly individual. Avoid allocating rare items and risk as if every teammate action must count for everyone. For a supported group objective, assigning an actor, covering player and regrouping point helps.

If progress does not change, inspect the shared-objective icon and action requirements first. An assistant lacking the active assignment is permitted for supported goals; that does not convert an unsupported task into a shared one. This diagnosis saves more time than repeating an entire raid without identifying the problem.

Battle Pass documentation and task items

The first season’s free Battle Pass shares progression across PvP Season, PvP Zone and PvE Zone. Unlocking rewards requires finding and submitting TerraGroup documentation. Sources include raids, the KORD BREACH special task line and certain Black Division operatives.

Raid documentation functions similarly to task items: each player has personal spawns. Documentation on defeated Black Division operatives is also available to each player. Another player cannot collect documentation intended for you first or take it from your PMC’s body.

The amount of documentation obtainable in raids per day is limited. The limit depends on the selected mode, while progress toward it is shared across modes. Switching characters therefore should not be treated as automatically restarting that daily collection.

Track Battle Pass documentation, the story laptop and trader-handover items separately. An intelligence theme does not establish identical storage, acquisition or rewards. Before submitting something, identify the progression screen you intend to advance.

Modifiers and the plan for your run

Global modifiers apply to all Seasonal Characters and are not individually selected. Personal modifiers are chosen during creation: negative ones grant points, positive ones consume points and the final balance must be zero or higher. Playing without Personal modifiers is also permitted.

Avoid making the start harder without a purpose. When learning maps and traders, an extra restriction should serve a particular achievement or desired experience. For a conditional run, retain the chosen setup in your plan and compare it with the achievement description.

The cost of mistakes matters across the whole chain. A small inconvenience may become a lengthy delay on deliveries or expensive repeat entries. Choose conditions before judging speed: somebody else’s completion time under different rules is not a useful prediction.

Priorities and common questions

Start with the final reward, then reconstruct the route through active requirements. Prepare the seasonal profile, group compatible assignments into raids and retain resources for unsuccessful attempts. After obtaining a rare mandatory item, reconsider whether extra looting is worthwhile.

Can a permanent PvE character complete seasonal history?

The Seasonal Character is independent of permanent PvE and PvP. Unlocked Seasonal Rewards become available across the listed modes; that preserves a reward rather than transferring the entire task progression.

Must the Profit Over Principles laptop go to only one named trader?

The official achievement description permits Mechanic or Fence and separately requires completing Fence’s line. It does not establish every intermediate condition or the precise later-task structure.

Can any teammate complete a task for me?

Only a supported shared objective can receive group assistance, and the acting player must meet its requirements. Some tasks remain individual.

What remains after KORD BREACH ends?

Already unlocked seasonal offers remain available on the account across modes. Locked KORD BREACH rewards cannot be obtained after its season ends; that does not promise transfer of all seasonal experience or possessions.
