This list ranks the effectiveness of healer specs in high-level Mythic+ keys, starting at difficulty 9 and beyond. While the success of a dungeon group doesn't rely solely on one healer spec, selecting a higher-tier specialization can greatly simplify progression through tougher runs.

For those interested in healing performance in lower-level Mythic+ dungeons (2–8), a separate tier list is available.
