Outlaw Rogue is an energetic, fast-paced damage dealer who thrives in melee combat using one-handed weapons and high mobility. This specialization channels a relentless rhythm of Combo Point generation and efficient finishers. With the iconic Blade Flurry, Outlaw spreads its single-target abilities to cleave enemies nearby without requiring a separate AoE rotation.

Energy powers every strike, and abilities are categorized into Builders and Finishers. The rhythm is consistent and quick, especially when uptime fuels cooldown reduction via Restless Blades. Outlaw’s flexible toolkit also includes a concealed pistol for ranged support and crowd control.

While Roll the Bones adds randomness to the spec, it also enhances engagement and variety. Although less beginner-friendly, it rewards situational awareness and adaptation.
