Mastering The One-Armed Bandit on Mythic Difficulty

Raid Composition:
Tanks: 2
Healers: 4
DPS: 14

Fight Overview:
Type: Predominantly multi-target
Enrage Mechanics: Triggered by late/missed coin insertions or repeated combinations, and during the final "Explosive Jackpot" cast.
Heroism/Bloodlust Timing: Recommended for Phase 2
Phase 1 Strategy Summary:
Place blue puddles (from tank mechanics) along the room's edge.
Withering Flames: Dispel quickly and avoid the flame path.
Reel Assistants gain immunity below 25% HP unless hit by a Coin.
Assign a mobile ranged DPS to handle Coins.
Kill priority: Reel Assistants > Boss.
Avoid flame lines and Overload casts.
Kill/kite all bomb adds.
Phase 2 Strategy Summary:
Bait Magnetic Coils into corners.
Manage knockbacks.
Bomb adds must be slowed and cleaved down.
Spread from fire beam.
Beat boss before Enrage.
Mechanics Breakdown:
Dark Lined Cuirass:
Prevents Reel Assistants from being damaged below 25% HP unless hit by a Coin.
Assign a hunter or mobile ranged to shoot required Coin targets in order.
The Big Hit:
Affects one tank and one random player.
Drop blue circles at the edge. These become permanent damage zones unless removed by Magnetic Coil.
Poor placement restricts Coin shooter movement.
Coin Combo Order (Mandatory on Mythic):
Coin & Shock
Coin & Bomb
Flame & Bomb
Flame & Coin
Shock & Bomb
Flame & Shock
General Strategy Notes:
Prioritize Reel Assistants. Damage on the boss should be minimal in P1.
Withering Flames: High priority to dispel and dodge.
Coin circles must be baited properly to make Coin shooting efficient. Always bait lines toward the center.
Coin Shooter Guidelines:
Hit first the Reel Assistant targeted by tanks/melee.
Next, hit the one targeted by ranged.
Then, the third.
Use spare coins to buff ranged before bomb waves.
Just before P2 (around 5:30), clear all unused Coins.
Phase 1 Detailed Sets:
Set 1: Coin & Shock
Place Magnetic Coil early.
Tanks interact with coil during "Spin To Win" to clean puddles.
No need to resist coil pull unless dodging mechanics.
Drag boss slightly to delay Reel Assistants and give more prep time.
Set 2: Coin & Bomb
Bombs cannot be slowed/stunned.
Kite towards the middle, then sidestep to left when path is blocked.
Mirror this strategy if adds spawn opposite.
Set 3: Flame & Bomb
Bombs can be CC'd.
Prioritize slows/knockbacks.
Adds drop fire zones that return to their origin.
Kill quickly to avoid overlap with next Assistants.
Set 4: Flame & Coin
Stack up for raid-wide healing.
Treat this like Heroic; it’s a pure healing check.
Set 5: Shock & Bomb
Three-healer groups: Push boss before sixth Spin To Win.
After reward triggers, place Coil in a marked corner.
Kill slowed Bombs.
Set 6: Flame & Shock
Four-healer groups: Expect to play this set.
Final wave of Reel Assistants and Bombs.
Use Monk Rings or Druid Vortex to control adds.
Stop DPS on boss here – boss should hit 30% at 100 energy.
Phase 2 Strategy:
Fight mirrors Heroic with tighter timing.
Stack near boss to bait Coils, but avoid getting knocked into them.
Move away if targeted by flame fixate.
Blue circle players: Run out and avoid the raid path.
Bomb adds must be controlled with slows/cleaves.
Kill boss before Enrage to avoid wipe.
