Health Care Privacy - Part 2: the classic document route
Health Care Privacy - Part 2 is Therapist’s classic assignment to retrieve TerraGroup research documents from Shoreline’s Health Resort. The route leads to west wing room 306: reach the folder, extract with it and hand it to the trader.
This guide covers the classic assignment using surviving in-game task cards and screenshots. After the 1.1 quest rework, compare your active card’s objectives with this route first; the historical reward example below belongs to the illustrated profile.
Divide preparation into three stages: accessing the room, collecting the documents and returning. Choose a route to the Resort and an available exit in advance, leaving time for a detour: after collecting the folder, extra loot becomes an optional risk.
Three actions in the classic assignment
The classic assignment has three separate objectives: find TerraGroup research documents in the Health Resort on Shoreline, hand the retrieved information to Therapist, and survive extraction from the location. Visiting the room alone does not finish the task. After collecting the folder, plan your return; after the raid, complete the handover through the trader's task card.
Step | Practical action |
|---|---|
Retrieve the information | Reach the classic reference in west wing room 306 and collect the folder by the window. |
Survive and extract | Take the documents towards an available exit, preserving time for a detour. |
Hand over the information | Open Therapist's assignment, perform the handover and check that all three entries are complete. |
The room 306 key
The classic route uses Health Resort west wing room 306 key as its reference: both west wing and 306 matter. Do not choose a similarly numbered key for another wing based on the digits alone. Open the particular item's description, then match it to the door when you arrive.
Before buying, compare the key’s cost with your attempt budget and available offers. Check its full name and condition; equipment and the return journey also belong in your preparation.
If another player has already opened the door, inspect the approach and the room first. An open door does not establish that a room is empty or safe. In a group, decide who handles access and who checks their own progress; a teammate opening the door does not replace checking your objective.
Approaching the west wing
Choose a route to the Resort together with a route back. Before entering, establish your approach side, where you can break off and which available exit you intend to use after collecting the folder. That decision is easier outside than while reading a map in a doorway.
Inside, locate the west wing and go to the third floor. Room 306 is nearer the central building. Match the number beside its door to the Resort plan below before searching for the documents.
Before moving upstairs, assess sounds on the stairs and in the corridor, but do not treat silence as proof that no opponent is present. Approach the door with a retreat into an already inspected part of the corridor. For an item objective, abandoning a poor attempt can be better than forcing a fight merely to preserve the original plan.

Historical build 0.13.0.3.22173: 306 is visible beside the door. This does not verify current access conditions.
Room 306 and the folder near the window
Study the Resort layout before going upstairs: the in-game plan labels the west wing on the right of the central building, with its third floor in the top row. Mark room 306 towards the inner part of the wing, nearer the central building. This helps select the relevant section of the floor before checking door numbers, rather than searching the entire long outer corridor. Once upstairs, match the plan to the number 306 beside the actual door, then look for the folder near the window.

The plan places the west wing on the right and the third floor in the top row. Room 306 is towards the inner part of that wing, nearer the central building.
Look for the dark folder beside the armchair near the window. The game screenshot shows a 0060 pickup prompt on it. Aim directly at the object: ordinary desks, cupboards and similar containers are not the objective on this route.
After opening, do not immediately search every piece of ordinary loot. First establish whether you can safely stop in the room, then inspect the window area and aim directly at the folder. An interaction prompt and a change to the correct objective matter more than a similar-looking object on a desk or floor.
When you find the item, pick it up and check task progress at the first safe opportunity. If the folder is absent, rule out the wrong room, an inactive assignment and a mismatch between your current objective and the classic route, in that order. One unsuccessful search does not establish that the task is definitely broken.

Historical build 0.11.0.2452: the folder and 0060 pickup prompt are visible. This helps identify the item without proving that its current spawn is unchanged.
Returning with the documents
Reconsider the raid's purpose after collecting the folder. If the main objective is done, extra loot and optional fights introduce more reasons for the attempt to fail before handover. Choose an exit according to the options actually available to you and the remaining time, rather than straight-line distance alone.
The folder is a unique quest item and enters the special inventory in the Tasks tab. It is lost when your character dies, requiring another search. After extracting, you can move it to the out-of-raid quest stash to preserve it through a later death.
Leave time to detour around a dangerous area and check the exit itself. If you choose paid transport and it is available, assess its conditions on site; it does not make the approach safe. When circumstances change, adjusting the route is more useful than returning through a fight you have already identified.
Handover to Therapist and completion
After extracting, open Traders → Therapist → Tasks and select Health Care Privacy - Part 2. Press Turn in for the documents, then Complete after fulfilling every mandatory objective. Collecting the folder, extracting and handing it over are separate actions.
Item rewards arrive in the trader’s message: open Messages, select Therapist and press Receive. Transfer the items into your inventory and confirm receipt. Watch the message timer, since a reward that is not collected in time is lost.
Rewards in the classic version
The historical completed task card displays the following bundle. Its cash entry is the amount actually received by that particular profile; it cannot establish the base payout or a Hideout bonus.
Reward | Displayed in the interface |
|---|---|
Experience | 5900 EXP |
Therapist reputation | +0.04 |
Medical supplies | 4 Salewa first aid kit |
Money | 20,356 roubles in the illustrated profile |
For a modern attempt, compare the key and loadout cost with your own card: after the 1.1 rework, the historical bundle is not a current price list. Its structure remains useful for planning: experience and reputation advance the character, medical kits replenish supplies, and cash offsets part of the attempt's expenses.

Historical interface: document retrieval, handover and surviving extraction are checked separately. The displayed payout belongs to this profile.
Avoidable mistakes
Do not buy a key based only on the number 306: check the complete name. Do not locate the folder from a single instruction to look left if you entered or turned differently; use the window and recognisable interior. Do not assume that an item from an ordinary container substitutes for the quest folder identified by the 0060 prompt.
Check progress before another raid. If handover is unavailable, compare the unfinished objectives and the folder’s presence in the quest inventory; return to the Resort after identifying the cause rather than using another search as a substitute for that check.
Frequently asked questions
Where are the documents on the classic route?
The reference is room 306 in the Health Resort west wing. Historical game images show the folder in the window area, with the pickup identifier 0060. Compare that route with your current task objective first.
Should I check for the west wing key specifically?
For the door on this route, check Health Resort west wing room 306 key. The same room number on another key is insufficient; assess access conditions and the door's state in the raid itself.
Can I do this on a Scav?
Do not transfer a PMC assignment to a Scav because of wording in an old guide. Use the profile and character that received the active objective, and check progress in the corresponding interface.
Why has the folder not appeared?
Check that the objective is active, then check the wing and room number, followed by whether the route matches the task wording. Those checks are more useful than assuming every empty windowsill indicates a server error.
What should I do immediately after extraction?
Open Therapist's task, check the separate handover objective and inspect the other mandatory conditions. Confirming an item pickup and confirming task completion are separate checks.
