Horrific Visions Return in Patch 11.1.5

The revamped Horrific Visions go live with WoW Patch 11.1.5 on May 20, 2025. This limited-time event brings weekly loot opportunities, mask-based difficulty scaling, and new currency systems. By clearing objectives and using masks, you can dramatically increase the quality of rewards.

The better your performance, the better the gear. A full clear with no masks provides Champion-tier loot, while higher mask counts unlock Hero-tier rewards. The loot is modeled after the classic Mythic Ny’alotha raid set, and reward quality scales with objectives completed and masks applied.
