Private Leagues and New Stash Tabs Launch in Path of Exile 2

Introduction
A fresh update is now live in Path of Exile 2, introducing two major features: Private Leagues and stash tabs designed specifically for Rituals and Socketable items. With Patch 0.2.0h deployed, players can now organize their own Private Leagues, creating a new economy and gameplay experience either solo or with friends. These leagues support both PC and console platforms, though setup requires the classic game’s website.

Key points for Private Leagues:
Choose ‘PoE2’ from the dropdown when creating your league
Customize league length, type, and player limits
Crowdfunding allows friends to pool points together
Invite players manually or share a join link
Players may leave anytime, similar to solo self-found modes
Ladders track player rankings for each league
Trade is enabled within leagues when logged in
While custom modifiers aren’t available yet, further features are promised soon.
Two new stash tabs also arrive with this patch, now available in the in-game store:
Ritual Tab: Meant for storing Omens and items related to the King’s Audience
Socketable Tab: Holds Runes, Talismans, and Soul Cores
The Socketable Tab even allows rune upgrades directly from the stash, eliminating the need to visit a Reforging Bench.
Note: These stash tabs are exclusive to Path of Exile 2 and don’t function in the original game.
Other patch highlights include stash and UI improvements like:
Flask stash tab now supports Charms
Improved sorting of Gems within the Gem Tab
Quick-Travel button added near Waypoints
Bulk currency moving with CTRL + Right-Click or controller buttons
Hotkeys to assign attribute nodes faster on the passive tree
New filter tag for Unidentified Item Tiers in Magic/Rare filters
Better labeling on Expedition Chests, Logbooks, and Precursor Tablets
Loot and shrine balance changes also arrive, such as:
Increased drop rates for Greater and Perfect Jeweller’s Orbs
Level 20 Uncut Gems appear earlier in the endgame
Spring Hare and Fox Spirits spawn three times more frequently
Greed and Corrupting Shrines disabled
Rare Shrines like Diamond and Divine show up more often
Shrine buffs now last longer, typically 60 to 90 seconds
Combat and breach updates improve gameplay:
Breach spawns work better in tight maps and corridors
Breach events now last at least 20 seconds, scaling with Magic/Rare kills
Splinters auto-collect and appear at the player’s feet afterward
Rogue Exiles visible on the minimap with enhanced lighting
Wisps target improvements ensure both follow the same Rare enemy
Additional fixes and tweaks include:
Arbiter of Ash’s flame corridor made more visible and easier to react to
Flask stash affinity now supports Charms
Spectre and Tame Beast added as possible Prism of Belief rewards
Twilight Reliquary can yield 132 more foiled Uniques
Resolved 6 instance crashes and 10 client crashes
Numerous smaller fixes for visuals, interactions, and progression
Since the patch launch, two hotfixes were released:
Hotfix 1 fixes a UI bug where the Recombinator interface stretched off-screen
Hotfix 2 resolves an issue where currency use on Strongboxes could cause WASD-controlled characters to get stuck
Both hotfixes require a client restart to take effect.
