In order to list items for sale in Path of Exile 2, you will need paid stash tabs. These can be purchased through the in-game store. The store button is located on the right side, near your character's health bar.

In the store, you first need to buy currency.

Go to the Shop tab and buy the Stash Tab Bundle and Upgrade Premium Stash Tab. This will give you 6 stash tabs, one of which will be premium and dedicated to selling items. Later, you can buy an additional Upgrade Premium Stash Tab to add more premium stash tabs.

Alternatively, you can purchase a Premium Quad Stash Tab — it has more space than a regular tab and is immediately premium.

Listing Items

Now that you’ve bought the tabs, go to your stash and right-click on the premium tab.

Make the tab public and set the prices for the items in it. For example, you can set each item’s price to 1 Exalted Orb. Gather items and simply drop them into the premium tab — other players will find your listings and contact you for purchases.

Additionally, you can set individual prices for each item. Right-click on any item and specify a new price.

Currency Exchange

To exchange currency, find NPC Alva in your hideout or any settlement.

Under I Want, specify the currency you want to receive, and under I Have, specify the currency you are willing to give in exchange.

The Market Ratio in the center of the screen will show the exchange rate. For example, you can exchange 7 Vaal Orbs for 1 Exalted Orb.

Specify in the Exalted Orb field that you want to give 1 and in the Vaal Orb field that you want to give 7, then click Place Order. Afterward, collect the currency from the completed orders.

How to Buy Items

Now, let’s go over how to search for items and determine their cost. For this, go to the Path of Exile 2 Trade website. Enter the affixes of the item you want to check.

You can also search for items for your build by selecting the desired category and entering the affixes.

When you find the item you need, click the Direct Whisper button, and the game client will automatically send a message to the seller. All you need to do is meet up and pick up the item.

Checking Item Prices

There’s another way to check the price of any item. For this, go to the website and download POE 2 Overlay. Then, in the system tray, find the Overwolf icon, click on it, and a wolf icon will appear on your desktop. Click on Overlay Settings.

In the settings, specify the hotkey to activate item search in the game.

In the game, hover over any item and press your hotkey to bring up the search menu. Select the affixes you want to search for and click Search.

The search results will show an estimated price for your item based on the selected affixes. Next to each affix, you will see a value — the higher the value, the more expensive the item might be.
